Copyright
Copyright (©) is the legal right to original works of literary and/or creative nature, for example musical compositions, a book, a painting or a motion picture. An innovation, a design or a trademark may be protected by copyright even though it has not been registered.
A copyright is automatically in force when you create an original work.
If an invention, a design or a trademark has the characteristics of something new and original, or is the result of a creative effort, it is automatically protected under the Intellectual Property Act.
Copyright cannot be registered, but must be determined by Court of Law.
